A young wine made from Spain’s most popular grapes: Airén and Verdejo. The combination of both varieties yields a wine with excellent structure and intensity. The harvest is carried out at night, taking advantage of the low temperatures to preserve the aromatic characteristics of the Verdejo grape. The maceration and fermentation processes are carried out at a low temperature of between 14-16ºC in stainless steel tanks.
