Monovarietal wine made from Tempranillo grapes. The result is a light, balanced wine that is packed with flavour. The harvest takes place between September and October, using selected grapes, and fermentation is completed in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 22-24ºC. The sensation of volume and sweetness of the tannins is achieved through malolactic fermentation.
Deep cherry red with ripe summer fruit flavours on the palate. An elegant, soft and fruity red wine with a well-balanced finish.
Ideal served on its own or paired with roast or grilled meats, cheese or paté.
